Was born 17 april 1984 Siauliai Lithuania since 1996 started to train under self defence technique with Valdas Jonavicius In mean time was introduced to Romualdas Navickas and Romas Bagdonavicius, and started to develope shidokan triathlon techniques after hard training Tadas become former Lithuanian Champion and International Shidokan Champion, specialising in Muay thai and cage fighting. Focusing on self discipline and preparation for international fight competitions he is a GB Coach to the British Men and Women's Teams @ International Shindokai GB league. He delivers  Adult training and Under 18s competitive squad training in mixed martial arts. Also military and martial arts boot camp training accros London, and works alongside with Romualdas Navickas and other countries including, Lithuania, Latvia, Kaliningrad, Belgium, Poland, Germany, Mauritius, Usa.

ROMUALDAS NAVICKAS (W.W.K.C. 8 DAN, Martial Self Defence 5 DAN, Shidokan 4 DAN, Goju Ryu 2 DAN)

Was born on 7th of February 1955.
In year  1966 in Kaunas, Lithuania he started studying  Greek - Roman wrestling ( Teacher A.Liaugminas).  In 1970 m. started developing his own karate fighting system and in 1973 R. Navickas introduced it to the public. Later that year R. Navickas started relationships with masters from Kijev and later with karate masters from Vietnam and Congo.
1974 – 1981 m. he actively trained students in karate and even himself took a part in number of competitions in former USSR. In that period he established his first sport club „Oak“.
In 1981 R. Navickas participated in creation of lithuanian army's martial arts self defence system. He was joined by teachers: A. Gečiauskas, S. Veprauskas, Č. Jezerskis, J. Škerys, E,. Rūkas and etc.
In 1988 Was established Martial Arts Federation of Lithuania. At the year of 1992 the same martial self defence system was included in training program of the army of Lithuania.In year 1992 R. Navickas further improved his martial skills by studying Goju Ryu style in England, his teacher was 7 DAN master R. Honiball. Later same year Navickas earned 5th DAN in martial self defence category, the following year (1993) – he earned 2nd DAN in Goju Ryu category. In year 1996 was created European Lithuanian Shidokan Federation, two years later - European Shidokan Federation and R.Navickas was apointed as a head of the federation comity. 1999 saw R. Navickas being granted a name of Lithuanian Brench President (certification  No. 210), the same year he earned W.W.K.C. 6 DAN.After just 3 years (2002) Yoshiji Soeno granted R. Navickas the Shidokan 4 DAN of Japan. During 40 years of his professional working R. Navickas prepared many of high rank sportsmen and martial arts trainers, who now are working in different karate sport federations cultivating a variety of karate styles. An overwhelming number of R. Navickas students won a lot of  fights in World and European championships and international tournaments.

Three times Turkish kickboxing superstar champion specialising in kickboxing. Focusing on self-discipline and preparation for international fight competitions he is a GB Coach to the British Men and Women's Teams @ International Shindokai GB league . He delivers Adult training and Under 18s competitive squad training in kickboxing. Also military and martial arts boot camp training in RING MASTERS OLYMPIA GYM, and works alongside with Tadas Sveikackas and other countries including, Lithuania, Latvia, Kaliningrad, Belgium, Poland, Germany, Mauritius, Usa.

Lithuanian Busido Federation (L.B.F.) created in September of 1999.
Today Federation has 34 members.
